The goal of this position is to maximize conversions across Pacific Retierement Services (PRS) communities by overseeing our sales process, sales training, sales coaching, goal setting, and monitoring progress. Your performance will have a direct effect on the organization's ability to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy targets. This is a remote position that requires extensive travel and reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wisconsin.

How you’ll do it: 

  • Coordinate with VP of Sales to set goals for sales teams and individual sales reps
  • Monitor performance to goal and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Provide ongoing individual sales and coaching skills training
  • Maintain and update our sales playbook and other sales best practices and procedures
  • Owning and updating the central repository sales knowledge and documentation
  • Collaborating with VP of Sales to implement touch-point coaching program (calls, emails, texts) throughout the organization
  • Oversee new sales counselor onboarding, including content development, and provide onboarding scorecards at key milestones
  • Coordinating the training of existing reps
  • Partner closely with our marketing and media departments to create tools and technology that enables sales
  • Measuring and reporting on program effectiveness to Senior and Executive Leadership Teams
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define measurements, analytics and reporting tools / resources
  • Assist in the recruiting, selection and onboarding all of new sales staff.
  • Measure and report on existing sales process successes and gaps and create plans to close those gaps with enablement and process improvements as well as assess the overall business impact of enablement programs
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Produce objective sales skill assessments of sales staff on an annual basis
  • Support on and off-site community presentations
  • Contribute to sales staff annual performance evaluations
  • Make recommendations on sales enablement material and re-inquiry campaigns

  • Travel (up to 50%) as needed


  • Minimum five (5) years experience in sales or sales management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of common sales methods and processes
  • Process orientation
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Outstanding relationship building ability and customer focus 
  • Strong public speaking skills
