This goal of this position is to maximize conversion across Pacific Retierement Services (PRS) communities by overseeing our sales process, sales training, sales coaching, goal setting, and monitoring progress. Your performance will have a direct effect on the organization's ability to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy targets. This is a remote position that requires extensive travel and reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wisconsin.
