Overview

The Rogue Valley Manor is seeking an energetic, compassionate individual to become part of our 5-star skilled nursing facility as the Unit Coordinator. Infection prevention protocols are in place and have protected our staff and residents, during COVID-19  Throughout the pandemic we have teamed up with local public health experts and Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to help ensure we are providing the highest protection to our residents and staff. We continuously modify and implement new safety protocols as they develop. Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

 

What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a Unit Coordinator to provide administrative support to our SNF unit, and to cover CNA duties for sick calls and vacation coverage. The primary function of the Unit Coordinator position is to assist in the continuity of the exchange of information between departments and assure a timely response to patient needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is well organized, are able to multitask and likes working in a fast paced environment. 

 

About you:

  • Active CNA preferred, but not required
  • Requires clerical skills, effective phone use, strong word processing skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.
  • Working knowledge of common medical terminology preferred.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with others and function independently with minimal supervision and support.
