Mirabella at ASU is an affiliate of Pacific Retirement Services, which specializes in the operation of non-profit CCRCs and provides support services for all aspects of our communities, including Human Resources. As a Human Resources partner at Mirabella, you are part of a bigger Human Resources team that includes 12 different communities in 6 different states. 


What you’ll be doing:

You will partner with Human Resources Director with the goal of empowering people and the community to be our best.  In this role you will focus on both engagement and compliance. You will be responsible for various Human Resource functions surrounding talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, HRIS management, data entry, leave management, and payroll. As a new building with 120 employees we see this role growing in both pace and scope over the next years. We are looking for someone with a passion for HR and the desire to engage in the success of our dynamic team.

The facility has an assisted living unit as well as a 21 bed skilled unit and 20 bed memory care unit located on the second floor. We are searching for an HR Partner who will not only excel within the technical framework of this role, but who will exemplify the excellence of customer service - The Mirabella way!


About you: The ideal candidate will have a desire to be helpful, possess a proactive approach to issues, display strong emotional intelligence, be a self-starter, provide great customer service to staff and managers, have the ability to remain calm and collected under pressure and be respectful and professional at all times.

  • Three (3) years prior work experience in human resources preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or related field is preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills; especially MS Office and HRIS databases.
  • Oral and written communication skills demonstrating professionalism and influence.
  • Working knowledge of employment law.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are preferred or expected that upon hire you will work toward a professional certification.
