Capitol Lakes is searching for an energetic, positive leader to be a part of our dining services team in a supervisory role. Experience in the dining industry, maturity, and a sense of ownership in one’s work is key.
Work Schedule: 3:00-8:00 p.m. Requires flexibility to work any day of the week. Occasional weekend and holidays shifts are required.
Working with Capitol Lakes residents, their guests and other patrons from the community, the ideal candidate must be attentive, caring and compassionate, exhibit strong leadership skills and be committed to providing outstanding customer service and hospitality. The shift supervisor will handle verbal guest complaints immediately, and refer verbal and written complaints to the Dining Director and Executive Chef. Supervisor will direct pre-meal meetings with service personnel and relay information and policy changes as needed.
