The Resident Assistant II provides personal care assistance and support for Residents in an individualized, professional manner, to help residents function at their highest level possible, and in accordance with each Service Plan. Assists with daily operational needs of the facility to help ensure quality of care. CNA licensure or experience, or demonstrates competency of all established CNA skills and guidelines while providing Resident care. Willingness and ability to effectively train new staff, helping them to be successful. Maintains a positive attitude. Responds appropriately to any urgent situations, ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. Excellent attendance, flexibility with schedule, and communication to promote and develop positive relationships with staff, residents, and others, addressing difficult topics tactfully and effectively. Acts as a role model to other staff leading by example. Demonstrates commitment to advancement through pursuit of training and advanced education.
Work Schedule: Days, 29 hours/week. (Hours vary anytime between 6 a.m.-2 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.)
