The Regional Recruiter is responsible for working collaboratively with various HR partners and stakeholders to fill open positions within the Meadows of Napa Valley and Saratoga Retirement. Position types include but are not limited to the following: Healthcare (CNA, RN, LPN, NHA), Dining (Servers, Dishwashers, Cooks), Facility & Environmental Services (Engineers, House Keepers, Maintenance Technicians, Custodians), Sales & Marketing, Accounting (Book Keepers, Business Office Manager), Transportation (CDL drivers, valet), Resident Services (Activities Coordinator, receptionist), etc.. Some of the job duties include:
This position reports directly to the Recruiting Manager and while it can be remote based it does requires consistent travel between our 2 communities (Napa and Saratoga). Additional travel for company and association meetings as needed.
