    We have an opening for a full-time Security Officer to provide high quality customer service to our residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively during emergency situations.



    Mirabella Seattle is a vibrant and modern Continuing Care Retirement Community. Our resort-style campus in bustling South Lake Union offers the finest in everything and the people who work here are dedicated to providing outstanding service to our residents.


    • Patrol 12 story community, exterior grounds and parking garage.
    • Respond to assistance calls, community emergencies, building alarms and contact emergency responders.
    • Performs daily lock and unlock procedures.
    • Monitors community access control procedures and security video systems.




    • Requires two or more years' experience in security or equivalent training.
    • Ability to walk building perimeter, including stairs, both indoors and outdoors for extended periods.
    • Must have proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Intermediate Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Previous experience with CCTV and Access Control systems, a plus.
    • Possess a current driver's license and be insurable.
    • Certified in CPR/First Aid & AED, a plus.
