    Trinity Terrace is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that has been serving Fort Worth seniors for more than 100 years. Trinity Terrace offers care and support in various areas such as Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing and we are very proud of our history, our established reputation for excellence, and our community’s long-standing financial stability. 


    We are currently seeking a full-time Wellness Coordinator who will be responsible for training and teaching all wellness program activities in our community. This position is responsible for coordinating and organizing campus-wide special wellness events and will coordinate and train volunteers for Wellness Programs.  Assures that the quality of life for all residents will be enhanced through wellness.


    Work Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  (Some weekends as required.)


    • Trinity Terrace is a life plan community dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors. Employees are responsible to uphold TTR and PRS’s core values of excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration in fulfilling job duties.
    • Schedule contract instructors as required.
    • Initiate and maintain good public relations with the community at large and residents to build excitement for the program.
    • Create and coordinate programs with the residents focusing on the 6 Dimensions of wellness.
    • Maintain documentation for all wellness activities and review class attendance.
    • Conducts personal fitness and health assessments with residents and staff to determine initial fitness qualifications.
    • Provides introductory personal training appointments to residents and staff, including, but not limited to, equipment workouts, aquatic exercises, yoga, etc.
    • Remain current with all new laws and state regulation changes.
    • Oversee and help develop all monthly fitness and wellness calendar events and programs.
    • Manage pool regarding scheduling and staffing.
    • Manage all wellness equipment and programs.


    • Must possess a current Lifeguard Training Certificate
    • Current Standard First Aide Certificate and a current CPR including AED Essential.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fitness trainer/teaching role is highly desired.
    • Ability to coordinate and lead a specialized activity.
    • Some experience with subject activity preferred.
    • Ability to communicate with, and lead residents through an activity.
    • Ability to understand oral and/or written activities.
    • Must be able to drive the company van for resident outings as required. Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable Trinity Terrace insurance carrier.
    • Must enjoy working as part of a team and with older adults.

    • Knowledge and class experience with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s is a plus.
