    University Retirement Community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Davis, California. Our residents enjoy comfortable, carefree lifestyles where they have the security of knowing a comprehensive continuum of care is available on campus, should their health care needs change. Our campus consists of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care apartments, as well as a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility. We currently have an opening for a part-time LVN to join the team in our Skilled Nursing Facility.


    Our Skilled Nursing Facility cares for 37 residents and is located within a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Davis, California. We provide compassionate Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for individuals who are temporarily or permanently in need of our services. Residents are provided with meals and accommodations, nursing care, and a full activities program. Residents also have access to specialized services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, laboratory and diagnostic services, music therapy and restorative nursing care.

    • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, currently registered with a valid CA LVN license.

    • Experience as an LVN in a SNF setting a major plus.
    • Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
    • Must be able to work independently or with a team exhibiting a positive attitude.
    • Comfortable interfacing with our resident population, able to deliver superb customer service, flexible with work schedules, effectively communicate with residents and fellow staff, maintain confidentiality, and possess good organizational skills.

    • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments concerning all aspects of patient care.
    • Moderate physical conditions.
