Mirabella Portland, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the South Waterfront. The sales counselor is responsible for building relationships with qualified prospective residents to help guide them through the sales process and find creative ways to overcome objections through mutual discovery and agreement. The position’s primary objective is to lead these prospective residents to secure residency in the community, thereby helping the community achieve budgeted census goals.
