    We are currently seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to help assure quality health and rehabilitation services are provided to assigned residents.  The RN is responsible for participating in deliver of person-centered, individualized, clinically competent care.  Assists in maintaining standards of care, evaluates the process of care, resident outcomes, and appropriate use of resources and personnel.  Participates in coordination of health services with allied departments.  Guides and monitors the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants. 


    Work Schedule:  6:00 a.m.-2:15 p.m., Rotating (includes occasional weekend and holiday shifts)


    • Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment, which will be conducive to the best interest and welfare of the patients.
    • Set up and pass medications as needed, observing the rights of medication administration.
    • Maintain working knowledge of patient conditions at all times.
    • Review 24 hour reports and other pertinent nursing documentation from previous shifts.
    • Supervise the work of Certified Medication Aides and Certified Nursing Aides.
    • Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.
    • Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and appropriate nursing techniques/procedures.
    • Recognize and interpret symptoms/change of condition and report patient's condition accurately.
    • Notify RCM, DNS, PCP and/or Administration of changes in patient condition or other job related issues.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Current license to practice as a RN in the state of Wisconsin.
    • A minimum of 1 year RN experience strongly preferred
    • Experience as an RN in a SNF/Sub-Acute Rehab setting preferred but not required.
    • Must possess a current valid Wisconsin driver's license and be insurable by PRS's insurance carrier.
    • Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
