The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is seeking a leader to join our memory care professionals. The Memory Support Coordinator has oversight of the Memory Support Center operations. This position is directly responsible for all aspects of care, support, and services for the residents with memory-impairing illness. A key role of this position is the responsibility to train, demonstrate and ensure the full implementation of our comprehensive memory support program. The position requires active participation in the day to day experience in the Center, combining supervision and hands-on care and leadership. The preferred candidate has experience with memory-impairing illnesses, exceptional written and oral communication, sound judgment, composure and is able to build and maintain relationships.
