We are looking to grow our team thru an on-site Home Design Manager located in Tempe, Arizona. 


    This position is responsible for coordinating the Home Design process of residence renovations, upgrades and customizations at Mirabella at ASU. Will meet with all Founding Members to select all finishes, upgrades and customization of the sold residences. Works with the Regional Sales Director, Construction Project Manager, Building Contractor, Architects and Founding Member in the planning, coordinating, and documentation of Mirabella at ASU residence renovations and modifications.


    • Works closely with Founding Members, helping them select the new residence finishes, upgrades and customizations; Assisting them with design choices, documenting those choices, and creating floor plans and paperwork that confirms selections.
    • Coordinates finish selections choices with Construction Project Manager, Building Contractor, Regional Sales Director, Architect and other PRS staff. 
    • Collects bids and payment for all upgrades and customizations; maintains accurate records of all fees received and deposited.
    • Coordinates documentation and record keeping with Construction Project Manager, Architects and Building Contractor.
    • Attends Marketing and Sales meetings as required and supports the Marketing and Sales teams in all of their efforts.
    • Interprets and presents facts about residence floor plans, elevations and other building plans and documents; documents floor plan upgrades and customizations accurately and in a way that Founding Members, Architects and Contractor can read.



    • Requires some knowledge of the business, interior design, or related field, usually a result of formal technical training, higher education, and/or 3-5 years experience in this field.
    • Must have computer/word processing skills including but not limited to: Word, Excel, familiarity with e-mail and electronic communications, strong organizational skill, strong written communication skills, good phone and public relations skills and knowledge of office equipment.
    • Must be a strongly team oriented, customer service based person, with the ability to coordinate and manage multi-tasks in a sometimes stressful environment.
    • Experience working in a construction or renovations environment.
    • Ability to interpret building/remodeling drawings, specifications and codes.
