    Mirabella Seattle, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Outside of our SNF and AL floors, Mirabella is home to more than 290 IL residents who enjoy a high-end resort style living experience. 


    The Memory Care Manager directs and supervises the Mirabella Seattle Memory Care team consistent with applicable state and federal law. This exempt position is full time. Work hours shall remain flexible to meet the needs of the department's operations. 


    • Supervises employees, including scheduling, training, assigning work, approaching overtime, hiring, terminations, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
    • Responsible for all operations of the Memory Care unit
    • Coordinates new residents with detailed orientation of services
    • Conducts and/or coordinates all resident admission processes
    • Ensures adequate staffing including development of written staffing plan
    • Develops program budgets and works in conjunction with Health Services Administrator to develop organization budget
    • Performs and monitors levels of care assessments and service plans as per policy      
    • Develops a working knowledge of the special needs of those with dementia/Alzheimer’s. Understands appropriate programming and daily routines to assist in enhancing resident quality of life and care
    • Shall attend mandatory in-service training and be aware of changes in health and safety regulations, changes in employee policies and emergency procedures
    • Develops and implements policies and procedures in conjunction with approval of Health Services Administrator
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Minimum of two years’ experience in long term care or related field.
    • Current WA Registered Nurse license 
    • Knowledgeable in the development and use of service plans, medication management systems, infection control practices, fire and life safety, residents and behavior management, dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease and documentation practices.
