Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 7:45am to 2:00pm. Must be willing to work Holidays.
Responsible for reception operations to ensure quality customer service for residents, prospective residents and the public. Answers phones and greets all visitors/public entering building in a warm and friendly manner.
Updates in-house mail and forwards mail and packages when necessary. Greets guests and prospective residents, checks guest room keys in and out and maintains guest log book by ensuring all non-residents sign in and out.
Help maintain a current file/listing of residents by name and room number, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, department extensions, executive staff and other key information. As needed distributes resident directory, various memo's to both staff and residents, details of transfers on campus included but not limited to update of mail information and mail boxes, etc. Keeps track of residents who are in the Health & Rehabilitation Center, or are away from the Campus. Other duties as requested by the Director of Resident Services.
Responsible for coordinating with other departments and residents for special events and room reservations.
