The community consists of three connected high-rise towers with three distinctively branded dining venues: The Blue Spire Fine Dining, an upscale a-la-carte Penthouse restaurant with stunning views of the Fort Worth skyline; The Elm Fork Buffet, an all-you-can eat lunch and dinner buffet; and the Stonestreet Bistro, an all-day casual dining venue with indoor and outdoor patio seating. A full-continuum of health care dining in an upscale, white-tablecloth atmosphere is also part of the culinary services offered to residents.


    Trinity Terrace is currently seeking an Assistant Dining Room Manager who will work to ensure smooth operation of the dining rooms and oversee Dining Room staff in support of or absence of Dining Room Managers. Will also ensure the Dining Room staff is providing optimum service and will see that all established policies and procedures of Dining Services are adhered to.


    Work Schedule:  12 p.m. (Noon) to 9:00 p.m.  Days vary.  Must have flexibility to work some weekend and holiday shifts as needed.




    • Check reservation book for requested tables and ensure they are properly set up, clean and reserved for groups.
    • Assign daily work stations for servers and check each servers side work
    • Conduct daily pre service to include menu items, training tip of the day, safety tip of the day and stretching exercise.
    • Ensure that all areas of the dining room and work stations are cleaned and maintained on a daily basis.
    • Take on calls when scheduler is unavailable.
    • Make sure to communicate with Dining Room Managers and Scheduler that your area of responsibility is adequately staffed.
    • Assist Dining Room Managers in doing employee evaluations.
    • Prepare and discuss disciplinary issues with Dining Room Managers.
    • Must check and initial the posted weekly schedule every week.
    • Work closely with Trainer on the progress of new staff as you train them on the floor.
    • If a resident or guest is disappointed or upset over any matter, address needs or concerns immediately and satisfy their concerns.
    • Organize, process, and record daily meal tickets. Ensure that guest meal charges are sent to accounting weekly.
    • Keep wine stocked in both dining rooms.


    • Requires extensive knowledge of fine dining room table or banquet service.
    • Should have at least 3 years of experience in above areas and part of that time supervising other staff.
    • Must maintain a current Food Handlers and OLCC Card (if 18 or older)
