    Mirabella Seattle, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of downtown Seattle.


    The Director of Sales and Marketing will develop, implement and maintain the sales and marketing programs for the purpose of meeting occupancy and sales goals. Manages the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure the overall quality and volume of sales activity is sufficient to meet occupancy and sales goals. Conducts sales activity as needed to achieve occupancy and sales goals. Ensures that resident admitting procedures are accurately followed.


    • Contributes to established sales goals by managing a pipeline of prospects
    • conducting sales activities
    • recording notes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
    • receiving deposits and moving-in new residents
    • leads all team sales efforts.
    • Ensure staff performance by leading check-in meetings
    • communicating job expectations; monitoring and appraising outcome
    • providing sales coaching and training to employees
    • enforcing policies, and procedures
    • provides performance evaluations.
    • Provides leadership and strategic and tactical direction to the Sales and Marketing Staff to assure that all goals clearly defined and achieved 
    • Provides one-on-one coaching and guidance for all team members.
    • Implementing key objectives and goals
    • tracking one’s personal contribution towards individual and team goals; identifying objections and barriers to goals and finding creative solutions to overcome them.
    • Self-driven daily activity management; scheduling and completing of activities and accurately recording their completion utilizing the community’s CRM software; Activities include calls in and out, emails in and out, sales tours, sales meetings and more; demonstrates tangible results of sales activities. 
    • Demonstrates professional and compelling presentations of the community’s features and benefits on tours, sales calls and in written communications
    • Maintains a presentable and professional work environment that presents the community in the best light.
    • Develops, supports and monitors execution of marketing plan and budget in collaboration with PRS; tracks achievement of marketing objectives.
    • Researches new and innovative ways to operate the Sales and Marketing Department and plans for the future accordingly; advocate for the continual excellence of your community.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of the primary and secondary market areas (competition, housing market, audience, etc.)
    • Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry, sales, and marketing trends, changes, methods, and techniques by attending professional training sessions, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participation in professional societies.


    This position requires significant advanced knowledge, usually the result of a minimum of four years of college with a B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field, and/or 5-7 years’ experience in this field.
