The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of marketing and communications projects from beginning to end. Collaborates with key stakeholders on the development and documentation of project plans and tasks, and coordinates successful completion of those plans. The Project Coordinator assists the department in identifying roadblocks or issues related to established project plans by monitoring tasks and deadlines, and communicating concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be highly task- and deadline-driven, with strong organizational skills and the ability to monitor several due dates at once. A successful Project Coordinator at PRS will help ensure the department’s project management processes are followed; will communicate effectively with teammates; and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment under tight deadlines.
