The community consists of three connected high-rise towers with three distinctively branded dining venues: The Blue Spire Fine Dining, an upscale a-la-carte Penthouse restaurant with stunning views of the Fort Worth skyline; The Elm Fork Buffet, an all-you-can eat lunch and dinner buffet; and the Stonestreet Bistro, an all-day casual dining venue with indoor and outdoor patio seating. A full-continuum of health care dining in an upscale, white-tablecloth atmosphere is also part of the culinary services offered to residents.

     

    Our Food Servers at Trinity Terrace help provide an exquisite fine-dining experience for our residents. This is a great position to earn extra income and for those interested in a career in Hospitality or Senior Care!  

     

    Work Schedule:  Shifts start as early as 10:45 a.m. and normally no later than 9:00 p.m. Availability to work an occasional weekend and/or holiday shift is desired.

     

    Responsibilities

    The Servers are responsible for taking meal/drink orders, serving meals and beverages, bussing table and ensuring friendly, prompt service for our residents. Our Food Servers are trained in following all Title 22, County, State and Federal regulations pertaining to food service and residential care, and significant training in many aspects of food service and hospitality.

     

    Qualifications

    • Must have or obtain a Food Handlers Card & state alcohol permit
    • Requires the ability to understand oral and written instruction
    • Work involves simple repetitive duties clearly defined as standard procedure
    • Ability to read and understand written and oral communication
    • Ability to read and understand chemical and/or cleaning product labels
    • Experience in a Fine Dining environment is strongly preferred
