    Mirabella Portland, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the SW Waterfront. We have a 40 bed SNF (5 star rated) located on the second floor and work with Medicare, HMO, and Private Insurance patients. Outside of our SNF and AL floors, Mirabella is home to more than 300 IL residents who enjoy a high-end resort style living experience.

     

    We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to manage our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care unit along with oversight of the Assisted Living and Home Care team. As the Administrator, you will direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all time. In this position, you are entirely responsible for the quality and financial outcomes for your facility. In addition, you will lead a team of 50+ employees with a handful of direct-reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.

    Qualifications

     

    • Current State of Oregon Nursing Home Administrator license
    • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare or a related field
    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field
    • Expertise in compliance with regulations in the State of Oregon
