    We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to manage our Skilled Nursing unit along with oversight of the Residential Care Facility and Home Care team. As the Administrator, you will direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all time. In this position, you are entirely responsible for the quality and financial outcomes for your facility. In addition, you will lead a team of 50+ employees with a handful of direct-reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.

    Qualifications

     

    • Current State of Oregon Nursing Home Administrator license
    • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare or a related field
    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field
    • Expertise in compliance with regulations in the State of Oregon
