    Holladay Park Plaza, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community. Located right in the heart of the Lloyd District, our residents enjoy the beautiful homelike atmosphere and have the finest amenities available right in their own community. We offer Residents Independent Living, Residential Care Living, In-Home Care and private Skilled Nursing Care. Our community is vibrant and active with over 200 residents calling Holladay Park Plaza home. 

    We are searching for a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about food and beverage and exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to think outside the box to create an exquisite dining experience is highly desired. You will be directly responsible to follow all policies, procedures and programs for the department while ensuring the highest quality of service, food, presentation and resident satisfaction with the overall food service program. This position is operational and manages staff within the department. 


    Provides nutritional assessments, sets goals and plan of care for residents at the Health Center. Provides Medical nutritional therapy for residents at the Health Center and Clinic when referred by physician or nursing staff. Recommends dietary policies affecting plan of care, food production and food service in the Health Center. Establishes outcome measures in nutritional care in collaboration with other members of the health care team.

    • Must have a license with the Oregon Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians
    • Job role requires a Bachelor's degree in dietetics or home economics from an accredited college or university and have a current registry number with Registered Dietetics Association
    • Must have a thorough knowledge of dietary management, menu planning, and diet therapy.
    • Must have good written and oral communication skills.
    • Courses in cost control, food management, personnel management and diet therapy encouraged.
    • Restaurant and management experience preferred
