We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to manage our Skilled Nursing unit along with oversight of the Assisted Living and Memory Care teams. As the Administrator, you will direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all time. In this position, you are entirely responsible for the quality and financial outcomes for your facility. In addition, you will lead a team of 50+ employees with a handful of direct-reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Mirabella ASU is currently under construction though we are looking to hire for this position and have the individual start no later than March of 2020.

Our menu items are made from a scratch kitchen with the highest standards in hospitality in mind. Our property is currently under construction with a scheduled opening date in the Fall of 2020.
