Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm)

The Sales Counselor position is responsible for building relationships with qualified prospective residents to help guide them through the sales process and find creative ways to overcome objections through mutual discovery and agreement. The position’s primary objective is to lead these prospective residents to secure residency in the community, thereby helping the community achieve budgeted census goals.
Sales Responsibilities (80% time allocation)

Requires significant advanced knowledge, usually the result of a minimum of four years of college with a B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field, and/or 1-3 years’ experience in this or similar field.
