    Executive Assistant - Mirabella Portland

    Full Time - Monday thru Friday


    Mirabella Portland, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the SW Waterfront. 


    The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Administrator.  This positions demonstrates independent problem solving, decision making and follow through to ensure the successful operation of the organization. Acts on behalf of the Executive Administrator in his/her absence. Work involves assignments that are sensitive and confidential in nature.



    • Assists with the preparation of letters, responses to residents, and reports.
    • Prepares materials and records minutes of the Mirabella Portland Board and RAMP meetings.
    • Assists Business Office Manager with accounts payable petty cash.
    • Monitors and follows-up on work-in-process to insure deadlines are met on behalf of the Executive Director.
    • Coordinates the gathering of items and then writes weekly and monthly newsletters.




    • Requires an advanced knowledge of the business or related field, usually a result of formal technical training, higher education, and/or 3-5 years experience in this field.
    • Four-year higher education degree preferred.
    • Must have computer/word processing skills, minimum of 60 wpm typing, strong organizational skills, strong written communication skills, good phone and public relations skills and knowledge of office equipment.
