Our new Bistro serves small plates from our wood fired oven, home brewed craft beer, nitro cold brew coffee, mixed cocktails. Our Grill restaurant is a multi-course, table service with 235 seats where we know every customer by name.

     

    We are looking for an individual with a minimum of one year of experience as a dining room supervisor. The position is full-time with benefits, and compensation will be commensurate with experience.

    Responsibilities

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the daily operation of our various dining rooms.
    • Ensure quality service to our residents through hands-on and shadow training.
    • Assist and supervise catered events.
    • Members of the dining team must be knowable and willing to fill any position (Bistro, Grill, Main Dining Room)
    • As part of the management team, maintain all normal office procedures, using standard computer programs.
    • Become well versed on our POS system to the point of training all new staff.
    • Present a polished, professional image in person and in writing to our residents.
    • Expect to be on the floor during meals assisting your staff, hosting, and training.
    • Expect to assist with normal side work between meals and during down time.
    • Assist with assigning all daily station charts, side work. Follow up with assignments.
    • Assist with weekly scheduling, monitor call-ins.
    • Ensure closing procedures are completed in the dining rooms.
    • Monitor the production coming from our kitchens.
    • Maintain high level of sanitation, safety and comfort in our dining rooms.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a minimum of one year of wait experience, preferably in a high quality, fine dining environment.
    • Must have a minimum of one year as a supervisor or manager.
    • Must be able to understand and present dishes from our scratch cooking kitchens.
    • Must be proficient in basic wine knowledge and presentation.
    • Must be proficient in basic office procedures, Microsoft Office and POS.
    • Must have demonstrated a sense of urgency, meeting deadlines.
