    We currently have an opening for a Marketing Assistant (Full time)

    Schedule: Monday - Friday

    Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

    Provide principal support to the Marketing Department and the Director of Marketing and Sales Director.

    Must maintain a well-groomed, professional business appearance at all times while on duty.


    The Marketing Assistant is responsible for tracking data and documents, resident orientation, team communication, social media, scheduling calls, event planning, touring prospective residents, appointments, and assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned.


    Excellent communication and organizational skills
    Expertise in MS Excel and MS Word. Experience with Sales Force is a plus
    Strong general knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software

    Previous experience in a Senior Care Community is a plus
