    We currently have an opening for a REnovations/Move-In Coordinator (Full time)

    Schedule: Monday - Friday

    Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

    To work with the Director of Facility Services (FS) to plan, coordinate and document MNV apartment renovations, modifications in-house remodel projects.


    Assist new residents with coordination of all apartment modifications and renovations.


    To work with the Marketing Department with all details of the move-in process and offer support to all new residents with required forms for residency and to ensure quality of resident  orientation to their new apartment home.


    • Coordinates documentation and record keeping with F.S. Director as it relates to renovations, modifications and special projects. Organizes and maintains accurate project/construction documents and records.
    • Attends Marketing and Facility meetings as required and reports, monitors and follows-up on work-in progress to ensure deadlines are met for renovations, modifications, maintenance and cleaning.
    • Coordinates and publishes weekly Renovations Work Schedules (Staff/maintenance, housekeeping and contractors).
    • Presents accurate and detailed information concerning renovations and modifications in a positive manner to prospective residents by coordinating resident requests with cost effective applications and desired results. Communicate move-in related information to the resident.
    • Prepare, distribute and collect all move-in forms required from new resident.
    • Conduct necessary apartment inspections to ensure highest quality and timelines are met.
    •  Coordinate with new resident all moving related deliveries and ensure MNV policies and procedures are followed for minimal in-house disruptions.
    •  Notify all departments of move-in dates and advise of any updated information.
