  • Overview

    The Director of IT Project Management’s role is to drive project success through the use of PRS project planning and management tools and methods, and to lead and coach our process teams in successful project execution. This requires the development, utilization, continuous improvement, and institutionalization of standard project deliverables and disciplines that would promote successful realization of business benefits and project targets and milestones. 

     

    The Director of IT Project Management is also responsible for working closely with our business users and IT staff to develop project business cases, including scope, team organization, cost benefit analysis, schedule, and risk analysis. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and team facilitation skills, and must have excellent verbal, written and listening ability. This position is based out of our central office in Medford, Oregon where we have over 100 employees providing shared services (accounting, sales, research and development, marketing, IT, human resources, etc.) to our communities.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT or business related field and 10 years’ experience in implementing and supporting multiuser-based ERP, clinical, retail, large system integration or related projects for multi-site organizations.
    • PMI PMP certification preferred.
    • Relevant certifications in health care system management, data security or privacy, building automation systems are desired.
