    We have an immediate opening for a full-time Maintenance Engineer in our Maintenance Department who will be responsible  for performing or directing all maintenance and specialized  repairs or improvements to the Trinity Terrace buildings and equipment with main focus on Kitchens, Pools and all life safety requirements.

    • Performs inspection, maintenance, and repairs of and to the campus locks, entry systems, doors, and related hardware. Also maintains key inventory and control systems
    • Maintains/repairs network and computer systems for the campus.
    • Performs major and minor inspections and maintenance, repairs general electrical, general plumbing, lighting, hardware, TV, locks, and safety systems.
    • Provides emergency repairs to facilities and equipment as needed.
    • Repairs and maintains all major equipment for Dining Services, Laundry, Health Center, emergency generator.
    • Repairs and maintains all maintenance supplies, tools and equipment.
    • Maintains the Maintenance shops in an orderly fashion.
    • Performs installation and repairs to commercial phone system.
    • Performs minor vehicle repairs and maintenance.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and Renovations Supervisor.


    • Skills and experience in HVAC/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing and general building repair.
    • Skills in the operation, repair and maintenance of shop equipment and tools.
    • Knowledge of the chemicals used by Maintenance. Ability to read and understand label instructions.
    • Knowledge of telephone, TV, and computer systems.
    • Skills in computer operation.
    • Ability to train employees.
    • Ability to help organize and schedule staff so jobs are completed in a timely manner.
    • Possess a valid Texas driver's license, and be insurable through Trinity Terrace’s insurance carrier.
