Capitol Lakes is looking for a manager to establish our Home Care department. The Home Care Manager is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the Home Care Program and, at times, providing care. The Manager provides leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the program has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to meet resident care needs and effectively grow the program to ensure operational efficiency and financial stability.

One-year supervisory experience and experience in long-term care or in-home care preferred.
