Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), a leader in the senior living industry is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our talented and hardworking team in Medford, OR. This full-time position involves assisting corporate users of various skill levels with technology related issues that occur in their day-to-day working environment. Good customer service skills are a must.
Applicant needs a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting computer users either in person or via remote support tools. Being a predominantly Microsoft shop, extensive experience with Microsoft Windows 7 or higher is required. A strong familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Enterprise Server and Microsoft Office is desirable. Applicant should be able to collaborate with others on troubleshooting issues as well as work independently on specialized tasks.
A college degree is preferred. Must have a valid OR driver’s license and be insurable under corporate insurance carrier.
