Pacific Retirement Services is looking for an Accounting Operations Specialist with a desire to affect change and collaborate on process improvement. This role includes supporting day to day operations as it relates to payroll, time keeping, and other accounting departments. Duties will include, special projects, conversions of accounting systems, project management of company initiatives, monitoring of internal controls, and identifying and promoting efficiency in operations. A background in payroll and multiple state pay laws required. The ideal candidate would have excel, accounting, project management and payroll experience.
