  • Overview

    Capitol Lakes, a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the heart of downtown Madison, is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurses for both PM & NOC shifts to help assure quality health and rehabilitation services are provided to assigned residents.  The RN is responsible for participating in deliver of person-centered, individualized, clinically competent care.  Assists in maintaining standards of care, evaluates the process of care, resident outcomes, and appropriate use of resources and personnel.  Participates in coordination of health services with allied departments.  Guides and monitors the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants. 

    Work Schedule:  PM (2:30-10:30 p.m.); NOC (10:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m.)  Days vary.  Includes some weekend rotation.

    Qualifications

    • Current license to practice as a RN in the state of Wisconsin.
    • A minimum of 1 year RN experience strongly preferred
    • Experience as an RN in a SNF/Sub-Acute Rehab setting preferred but not required.
    • Must possess a current valid Wisconsin driver's license and be insurable by PRS's insurance carrier.
    • Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
