    Mirabella Portland, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the SW Waterfront. 




    In an effort to promote a progressive customer service culture this position will perform maintenance, repairs and minor improvements to buildings and equipment. Position may be assigned to a specific division within the Facility Services Department. This position may require the employee to work second / third shift for campus maintenance related coverage.

    • Skills and experience in HVAC/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing and general building repair.
    • Skills in the operation, repair and maintenance of shop equipment and tools.
    • Knowledge of the chemicals used by Maintenance. Ability to read and understand label instructions.
    • Knowledge of telephone, TV, and computer systems.
    • Skills in computer operation.
    • Ability to train employees.
    • Ability to help organize and schedule staff so jobs are completed in a timely manner.
