    Mirabella Portland is seeking an experienced RN Resident Care Manager RCM (MDS experience preferred). Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about providing exceptional care and serving seniors. This is a salaried position with flexible scheduling Monday-Friday.

    Opportunity for growth and advancement 


    • 1 year of MDS experience or 2 years of long term care experience preferred.
    • Valid state RN license
    • Strong Assessment & Care Planning skills
