    Home Care Coordinator

     

    Mirabella Seattle is a vibrant and modern retirement community located in Seattle’s trendy South Lake Union area, a fast developing urban neighborhood. 

     

    We have an opening in our Home Care department for a Coordinator who is a multi-tasking guru who loves details and thrives in a fast paced environment. This position is responsible for scheduling all staffing in the Home Care department and ensuring there are no missed shifts.  You will coordinate payroll entry, staff orientation, scheduling and excellent customer service. The Home Care Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and tracking Private Duty Aid Credentials. 

     

    • One year experience in scheduling (In-Home care environment a plus)
    • Requires clerical skills, good phone technique, good word processing skills, and excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent communication both verbal and written skills
    • Demonstrates strong customer service skill set
    • Working knowledge of common medical terminology preferred.
    • Able to communicate and work effectively with others and function independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
