We are currently seeking a full-time Environmental Services Coordinator to assist the Environment Services Supervisor in scheduling, planning, and coordination of all interior cleaning and laundry services.


Work Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

  • Responsible for scheduling the routinely scheduled and special cleaning of all residential apartments, skilled nursing floors, guest rooms and common areas in all Trinity Terrace buildings.
  • Prepare daily and weekly work assignment schedules for Housekeepers and Porters daily.
  • Track and report attendance of team members include absences, tardiness, early outs, vacation and leave of absences.
  • Helps receive and inventories all supplies, tools and equipment for Environmental Services.
  • Prepare and maintain Guest Special Request logs.
  • Respond to resident and staff special requests and complaints.
  • Assign work requests assigned to Environmental Services, assuring proper levels of productivity.  See that all forms are properly filled out and entered into Maintenance Connection for month end billing
  • Other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Supervisor


  • Strong candidates will possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Moderate to advanced level of knowledge of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and well as knowledge of work order software and scheduling software.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated and works well independently.
  • Successful candidates will possess excellent problem-solving skills and use judgment to address and/or escalate problems as needed.
  • Experience in hospitality field strongly preferred.
