Receptionist - Part Time


Mirabella Seattle, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of downtown Seattle. The Receptionist will ensure that Residents, staff and patients are greeted in a timely manner. Provides secretarial support. 




Answering and directing incoming calls on a multi-line system

Greeting and screening all guests

Assisting all staff, residents and vendors in a multitude of tasks

Monitoring building security and reporting emergencies and suspicious persons/activities

Other duties as assigned

  • Requires some knowledge of the secretarial field. May be through technical training or a minimum of one year's experience in the field.
  • Must have computer/word processing skills, minimum 45 wpm typing, good phone skills and knowledge of office equipment.
  • Must be able to perform all secretarial duties as requested.
  • Knowledge of Health Care Center policies and procedures, helpful.
