On Call Custodian

 

In an effort to promote a progressive customer service culture this position will provide routine and special cleaning services throughout our facility. To also provide set up and take down of catered events, both resident and general public.

 

Mirabella Seattle, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of downtown

Responsibilities

  • Routine and special cleaning of all public and common use areas within the main Manor building.
  • Must be able to handle code calls as dispatched by Security.
  • Possible late evening shift at which time will provide much higher level of support to Security, and Maintenance.
  • Cleaning of offices, restrooms and their fixtures.
  • Shampoo carpets, wax floors, wash windows, and remove trash.
  • Operates special equipment for floor care in public areas and residential units.
  • Sets up and takes down events in the many meeting rooms. This includes chairs, and tables.

Qualifications

  • Must have a least 1-2 years of Custodial Experience
  • Skills in operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Knowledge of solutions, chemicals and pertinent cleaning supplies.
  • Ability to prioritize to make sure that all scheduled events are set up in time.
  • Ability to read and understand label instructions.
  • Ability to work all shifts, including 3rd shift.
  • Ability to read and speak English
