Mirabella at ASU, a modern, upscale retirement community in downtown Tempe, is seeking a full-time Technology Coordinator who will be responsible for providing residents with advanced support in community technologies including the emergency call, audio/video, telephone and voicemail, TV, PC, resident intranet, mobile device, Wi-Fi, building security, smart home tech, and Internet connectivity. You will provide facility support on audio/video, emergency call, telecom, and security systems. As the Technology Coordinator, you will assist the Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) Information Technology Department with remote support as directed by PRS IT for troubleshooting and connecting of computer/networking hardware.
The Technology Coordinator will plan scheduled maintenance of major phone switches and equipment and assist with coordinating all adds/moves/changes for staff and residents at Mirabella at ASU. This role will also provide training and offer assistance for Maintenance Team when helping perform technology support duties. In addition to phone service needs, the Technology Coordinator will also assist and manage requests related to other types of technology, including audio/visual, computer (laptops & desktops) as well as assist with purchase and track all telecom equipment in collaboration with PRS IT directed support partners. The successful candidate will possess excellent IT/technology skills, will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and will have a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot IT related issues.
