The Meadows of Napa Valley is a CCRC with a Skilled Unit comprised of 64 beds, 20 of which are Medicare certified. We also have an Assisted Living floor and Memory Care Unit as well. Our Skilled Nursing team is both large and diverse: RCMs, MDS coordinators, RNs, LVNs, CNAs, a social worker, medical records tech, and a staffing coordinator. 

We are currently looking for a Director of Nursing for our Health Center (Full time)

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday (some weekends)

You will oversee all health programs and services in the Health Center. You will hold primary responsibility for directing day-to-day functioning of nursing practices in compliance with current rules and procedures while adhering to established regulations and guidelines that govern skilled nursing and CCRCs.

• Registered Nursing license (RN) from accredited nursing program, college or university.
• Current and valid CPR and first aid certification. Certification will be required within six (6) months of filling position.
• Experience as a DON in a long term care environment
