We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Manager (Full time).

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Must be available to facilitate or be onsite for emergency service after hours, weekends.

• Verifiable experience in commercial maintenance and general trades; including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscape, general maintenance, construction, IT & security. 
• Experience in emergency management is required as well as fire and life safety protocols. The position requires some level of experience in hospital or healthcare operations – OSHPD, CMS, DSS, CDPH; working in a Senior Community; and working with all levels of management, staff and residents. 
• Responsible for facilitation of all regulatory inspections and reporting - city, county, state and federal.  Vendor management.
• Should be familiar with operational systems including Maintenance Connection (or some form of electronic maintenance work order management system) .
• Administrative payroll, scheduling & time management, all aspects of record keeping & performance management.
• Will be required to carry company phone at all times and respond the needs of the community and staff on a 24 hour basis.
• This position is NOT responsible for resident unit renovations or modifications.  Position is not responsible for EVS.

• Three (3) years’ experience in facilities services, security or a related field.
• Requires basic knowledge HVAC/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building repair usually the result of 1-2 years training and/or experience.
• Supervision experience and successful experience dealing with
  all customers/residents/staff.
• Ability to understand oral and written communication.
• Ability to read and understand chemical and/or cleaning product label instructions.
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills
