The Rogue Valley Manor is seeking a full time Neighborhood Manager to support operation of our state-of-the-art Memory Support Neighborhood. What you'll do:
To support the smooth operation of the Memory Support Neighborhood, supervise direct care staff and operational workflows, and address resident needs and concerns immediately. To see that all established standards of care, policies, and procedures are adhered to. Collaborates with Memory Support Administrator and RN to continually refine and put into practice protocols that ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to Memory Support Center residents.
Requires extensive knowledge of community based are regulations and best practices. Incumbent should have at least 3 years’ experience in above areas, and part of that time supervising other staff. This experience can be from work history with Rogue Valley Manor. Must have a current Oregon driver’s license and be insurable under the Manor’s insurance policy.
