Work Schedule Options:  4-7 pm or 4-10:30 pm.  Days vary.  Flexibility to work weekend shifts is helpful.

Caregivers are responsible for completing assigned duties such as, but not limited to; activities of daily living, showers, socialization time with residents, mealtime duties, maintaining neat resident spaces, medication administration, replenishing supplies, providing clean linen, and transporting residents to appointments. Monitor resident activity (food intake, functional status, psychosocial status), document completed tasks, assist with medication administration or other duties as assigned.

Requirements to be a Caregiver at Capitol Lakes:

• Current and valid CPR and first aid certification. 
• One (1) year of experience in a nursing home or senior living facility is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and sincere desire to serve senior population
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and clinical software systems.
