The Meadows of Napa Valley, located in the heart of California's beautiful wine country, has an immediate opening for a Facility Services Director who will oversee the Maintenance, Construction/Renovation, Environmental Services, Security, Grounds, Transportation, as well as the technology divisions of our beautiful and premier senior living community.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop, implement and enforce policies & procedures in regards to all Facilities Services & Maintenance needs as well as oversee compliance with local, state, & federal agency fire life safety codes. In this role, the Facility Services Director will oversee departmental budgeting, purchasing & inventory and directs quality assurance measures and procedures for the department. Excellent leadership skills will be essential for this role to enable success with staffing needs as well as coaching, training, and staff supervision.
Must be available to facilitate or be onsite for emergency service after hours, weekends.
