Pacific Retirement Services in downtown Medford is looking for a full time Account Representative to join our home office team. This role has the option to be partially remote. You will be a creative advocate and liaison for PRS Media Services, PRS and all PRS-affiliated and -managed communities. In this position you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, understanding their challenges, and ensuring the work we do provides value to on-site teams in sales, marketing, dining, healthcare, facilities, recruiting and administration. As the business development rep, you will take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work and services that meets the client’s needs and addresses their business objectives. This position will require you to have regular interaction with PRS staff, vendors and suppliers, and clients.
About our team:
The media services department is a close-knit team of copywriters, graphic designers, creative director, account representatives, digital marketing manager, web developers, and a project manager. You will need to develop strong relationships with community sales directors as well as key PRS employees in departments that the media department supports.

To succeed in this role will require significant advanced knowledge, usually the result of a minimum of four (4) years of college with a BA, BFA, or BS degree in marketing, communication, or related field, and/or 1-3 years’ experience in this field. Additionally, you will require a proficiency in MS Word and Excel. You are willing to pursue continuing education and advanced training in client management.
