What you’ll be doing:
We see this role as 60% social services and 40% Admissions/Marketing. For the right candidate we will train for the external marketing skills. Overall this position requires that you will facilitate the admission process for all new admissions and transfers into the Health Center, along with discharges as applicable. You are also responsible for maintaining budgeted census and keeping all residents informed of their rights from moment of admission. Another large portion of this job is in the realm of Social Services. This position is in-charge of short-term admissions providing Social Services, appropriate CMS/CDPH compliant services & documentation. Understanding CCRC process and provide correct information on Medicare services to resident and families. Understanding the Team psychology and be a very active team member with full engagement.
