Overview

What You'll Be Doing:

We are looking for a full time Health Center/Ward Clerk to join our team. In general this individual will provide a variety of different administrative support services that will make a daily impact on the lives of both our staff and our patients. The Health Center Clerk works as part of our Health Center team, provides support to Residents, family members, outside Providers and other staff.  This role is responsible for upholding Cascade Manor and PRS’s core values of excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration in fulfilling all job duties.

 

 

About you:

  • Help us keep our seniors safe. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for employment.
  • Current OR CNA required
  • Requires some knowledge of the health care field with a minimum of one (1) year experience in this or a related field.
  • Requires clerical skills, good phone technique, good word processing skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.
  • Working knowledge of common medical terminology preferred.
  • Able to communicate and work effectively with others and function independently with minimal supervision and support.
  • Satisfactory work references and be able to successfully pass a criminal history check and pre-employment drug screen. EOE.

Our skilled unit consists of 32 beds, only a handful of which are Medicare certified. Our quality outcomes approach extends through all of programs including therapy.
